No creí que fuera a ser tan interesante un libro con el enfoque ayurvedico, pero mas allá de esto, el libro es un material muy interesante. Incluso si no estamos interesados en la Ayurveda, de todas formas se puede obtener información para la vida diaria de la que se puede sacar mucho provecho. Para volver a repasar cada tanto.
