I think between all the habit forming type books I’ve read this one didn’t offer much that was new. But I think it came out first. Whoops.

This book manages to walk a fine line to be a book that is both practical and readable. The authors use short stories to make their points, remain on message and deliver a short and useful book.
Initially, I found the central metaphor (the elephant and the rider) a little hard to remember, as I was a bit distracted, so I had to keep flipping back to remind myself what it was about. Once I got past that (didn't take long) it was all good.

This is a really great book that I will absolutely be revisiting in the future. A lot of great advice and ideas, both for personal change and change in the workplace. Very inspiring and very challenging, a great read for anyone looking to make a change.
