I’ve seen the show before I’ve had the opportunity to read the book, and let me tell you, I still couldn’t put it down. It’s like Taylor Jenkins Reid is lacing the pages of her books with cocaine. Her books are addictive, and unique, and so well written you’re just sucked into the world she built. You feel as if the characters are speaking directly to you. Telling you their stories, the thoughts behind their actions and what led them to do whatever they did. Incredible. I loved this book so much, and I highly recommend reading it. I finished it in 7 hours.

This book was unfortunately underwhelming, I wouldn’t say it was disappointing as it was still a decent & fast read especially as I read it along with the audiobook.
I really liked the interview style but unfortunately the plot didn’t hold the book up for me and it ended up being just a ok read.
I didn’t feel attached to the characters or storyline. More than half the book is the band arguing over song lyrics and how an instrument should be played…yawn
I wasn’t even invested in the love story because I liked Camila more than Daisy so felt myself getting annoyed every time Daisy spoke about being in love with HIM.
7 husbands of Evelyn Hugo still stands as my all time favourite TJR book
