Ich habe schon lange kein Buch mehr gelesen, bei dem ich mir am Ende so unsicher war, wie genau ich es bewerten möchte.
Das Buch thematisiert sexuelle Ausnutzung und emotionale Manipulation, Erklärung und Verklärung von Erlebtem und Personen, von ethisch-rechtlichen Fragen und eigener Moral, von Eitelkeit und Scham, der emotionalen Taubheit bei Konfrontation mit Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit und der großen Schuldfrage in all dem.
Es stellt interessante philosphische Gedankengänge und Hypothesen auf, aber vollkommen hat mich das Buch nicht überzeugt. Da ich noch keine andere vergleichbare Literatur zur Aufarbeitung der Nazi-Zeit gelesen habe, fehlt mir auch Vergleichsmaterial, um das Buch auf dieser Ebene zu bewerten.

Bernhard Schlink ha escrito una buena novela sobre el amor, el horror y la piedad, pero sobre todo de las heridas abiertas gracias a la guerra.
Michael es un chico vulnerable de cierta manera, porque vive en una época negacionista, en una familia poco comunicativa y tampoco tiene una buena relación con sus hermanos. Todo esto crea el caldo de cultivo perfecto para que Hanna se convierta en su paraíso y en su calvario, ya que le será casi imposible congeniar con las personas a su alrededor posteriormente a la separación de ambos.
✅Nos presenta a una sociedad Alemana que se avergüenza de su pasado nazi, sea que hayan colaborado con el Reich o no, como también el señalamiento de la nueva generación de alemanes que no comprenden ¿cómo es que la generación que los crió permitió el ascenso de Hitler al poder?
También nos presenta uno de los juicios que se llevaron a cabo a un grupo de guardias de un campo de concentración.
⛔️ Nos muestra una historia de Pedofilia y las consecuencias que puede traer una relación así para la víctima, aunque en este caso dudo mucho que alguien ponga el “grito en el cielo” porque la víctima es un hombre.
✴️Plus: existe una película del 2008 protagonizada por Kate Winslet (UNA PASIÓN SECRETA/ THE READER) que ya había visto anteriormente y siento que se complementa a la perfección con el libro.
