I’m not leaving a review for each volume, since I’m actually reading The Walking Dead via the compendiums (this volume is about 75% through number two)- it’s just a relief to know the show didn’t botch Alexandria. It was a shit arc in the source material, too. Needed that documented somewhere.
Apart from the badass conclusion, this was a weak instalment. But it does represent a change in the status quo, which is great. I’m keen for things to move on.

This book gave me chills. I think that the tenor of the comic will definitely change from this point on.

Basically everybody got some in this damn volume. Like holy shit.
Andrea is quite quickly becoming one of my favourite characters in this series. Just thought I'd note, because it was definitely not something I was expecting as someone who wasn't a fan of her in the show.
Gotta love the volumes when the group actually works together? Who would have thought?

The walls is breached in Alexandria. Carl gets shot in the eye but different from the show. It was an accident.
