It was okay. I guess I was expecting more since The Dresden files is a popular urban fantasy novel. The art was good, storywise though, I think it took a long time for something to happened.

This is a good story and good art overall. But the change in artists in the collection is really hard to take. Sometimes it's hard to identify Dresden. These artists are wildly different.

A fun, playful take on the supernatural detective, only hellraiser (John Constantine) does it better.

I guess Dresden Files has finally grown on me. I'm not sure I would have appreciated this story nearly as much if I had read it first. But reading it now, it's like visiting with an old friend. It is a pretty direct interpretation of the book it is based on. But a good one. And they have managed to capture how tall Dresden is at least some of the time. And we get to see a whole bunch more of the cast. Our first look at the werewolves as humans is actually pretty good.

It was okay; I think I’ll stick to the books though.
