I have already put this into action. The book the has the most often made me stop what I am doing and make notes. This is a must read. Although some stuff common sense it has helped me tweak my system.

I really enjoyed the chapters on the psychology of habits but didn’t love the overarching emphasis on identity / success.

I hate self-help books, but this one was actually so good. Like almost all self-help book, they throw one million things at you and you can only digest a few things, but the one thing I did takeaway from this book has helped me immensely.

This book encapsulates many of the lessons I've had to learn through personal trial and error in the last 5 years of my life. I highly recommend it to all who are striving to better themselves.

Personally I have distilled it down to four things:
1. Maintain your meditation and awareness in all activities.
2. Lift weights/exercise every day
3. Eat clean and healthy every day.
4. Sleep 8+ hours every day.
