I enjoyed the story and concept of this book but found the main character to be very whiny and it got annoying at times

Great story! Continuing on from Darren joining mr crepsley, life at cirque du freak is challenging for Darren! Especially with him making friends… can’t wait to continue!

Po prvej časti som toto teda nečakala, myslela som, že to bude len pekný príbeh. To som však netušila, čo ma bude čakať na konci! A veruže to už nebola len rozprávka pre deti, ale čosi, čo by som deťom do rúk ani nedala. Nedosahovalo to však "moju" hororovú laťku, ale jednoznačne sa to k nej blížilo. Neviem sa dočkať tretej časti.

Great continuation of the Cirque Du Freak Saga. I love the character development in this book and there is a lot of it. Introduction to some new characters creates opportunities for new plot developments. This book leaves me wanting more, onto book 3.
