Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire I hold with those
who favor fire. But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To know that for destruction ice is also great
And would suffice.

Robert Frost's poems tend to study and examine social and philosophical themes, with their central idea being man versus nature.

Actual rating 4.5 ⭐ rounded up. Who doesn't know The Road Not Taken? Granted the other poems in here I was way less familiar with, but just as good all the same. Frost is one of those authors who will remain, to me, timeless. Read it if you haven't yet!
