Interesting concept, but I didn't enjoy the writing style. The pacing of the book felt off too.
Pity, I really wanted to like this but I just couldn't get into it.

This book is a really quick read, without much depth to it. I didn't like the characters at all, but also not really in a good way. For my taste too much focus was laid on the appearance of her sister, which gave her kind of super powers.

The relationship to the doctor was so shallow, and the character so weak, that he basically turned immediately against Korede. I did appreciate the loyalty Korede has towards Ayoola, even though the relationship is so toxic from both sides.

But just not a lot happens, and I didn't care for any of the characters, because they were so shallow and described poorly.
