Auch in Band entwickelt sich die Welt der Spiegelreisenden schön. Ein verträumtes Buch zum Eintauchen.

Okay I'm invested now! Love the world building and magic systems + the characters are ridiculous but deadly (ish).

I love this series.
This series is really complicated to express why I love it. You have to read it to understand. There are so many layers.
I still think the flaw is the way the author writes the actions of certain characters to be a bit over-the-top or handfisted but whatever, it's the end product that has sold me.
Thorn. Thorn is my new favorite male fantasy character. If Jane Austen knew what fantasy was, and she wrote a book like this, Thorn would be a perfect one of her many male characters. He is so full of secrets, mysteries and yet... my heart goes to him.
Let us not forget Archibald. Dear, poor darling. The one who hides behind a mask all the time and only lets Ophelia see. <3
This is the best book so far of the series. The mystery on who 'God' is and what their reason was for diving the earth has me on pins and needles. The amount of secrecy and the depths he / she will go to keep the people of the floating arks oblivious and complicit is crazy.
Book #3 is already out in hardcover, but I want it in paperback. So I'll grab it when it drops. Then I have until Book #4 comes out.
