I really liked this book. I didn't want to put it down. Can't wait to get the rest in the series.

This book was so cute, and their witty banter was funny. I liked that it they were older students in a university setting as the characters felt more mature to me. I really like that Jason encouraged communication and honesty from Reese, and he was honest in kind. I think sometimes in books, in the back of my mind, I expect characters to just know how to communicate effectively, but the reality is that not everyone does. It's something that has to be worked at, and I like that he gives her room to do that.
I really love CCJ's writing. So far, I haven't read a book I didn't like, so I'm going to continue working through her backlog

Cute, very nostalgic quick, short read. This book reminded me of reading Wattpad books.

I really liked Jason and Reese. They had cute banter and complimented each other. Jason was everything. He brought security and lightness to Reese’s life. He was easy to talk to, safe, and fine 🥰😂. Reese on the other hand saw him differently than other people saw him. She didn’t treat him like a fragile person and let him just be. This story was fun, light, and warm. I enjoyed it a lot.
