Enjoyed this, but not as much as the original. A cute lil holiday read (in a weird way)

‪I read this in under 2 hours. Some of the stories made me laugh and some of them were a bit upsetting to read. Overall I was a lil disappointed as I just expected more. Also feel like I should have read ‘This Is Going To Hurt’ first. ‬

I am a fan of Adam’s other works and never fails to make me chuckle. This books provides a playful yet insightful view of Christmases working in the NHS. Perfect little Christmas read - if only there was more!

Quick and fun easy read. I loved reading about what it’s like to work in hospital over Christmas. I love the anecdotes that make me laugh and then ones that make me shed a tear. Not as good as This is going to hurt, but still a great read!!
