Aced by Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine. WOW! I need book 2 pronto. We all met Dylan in Devil’s Kiss as Derek’s roommate and after reading that book, I really wanted Dylan’s story. IT’S HERE and it did not disappoint. 4.5 stars and it is a must read for those who like M/M. Since I don’t want to give you any spoilers, I will leave you with this…The tension and chemistry between Ace and Dylan is unmistakable, but the question is, how are they going to make this work?

What do you get when you pair a well-known movie star at the top of his game and a sexy male model whose picture literally stops traffic? Well, when it's Ace Locke and Dylan Prescott from ACED by authors Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine, what you get is one sexy as all get-out read that you will not be able to put down.

Holy hotness, Batman, to say that this book is scorching is an understatement. Ella and Brooke have proven that they totally bring it when they put their heads together and write a book, and ACED is truly a testament to their talent.

Ace and Dylan could not be more different. Ace, while no longer hiding the truth of who he is, has still not taken things all the way and allowed himself to live life as freely as he'd like. Dylan, though, is a free spirit. Totally comfortable with who he is, Dylan is happy to just go for the things that he wants and live life to the fullest. When it becomes clear that the two share an attraction that, no lie, leaves a trail of flames in its wake, the trick will be making things work for them as a couple.

Both Ella and Brooke are mistresses of the sexy and erotic read, with plenty of romance thrown in. ACED has all of these things in spades, as well as two main characters that I can't wait to see more of. And, luckily, because these two ladies are also the queens of the cliffhanger, I will, indeed, get to see more of the guys. 5 stars for ACED, a book that had me from the first scene, and didn't let up. If this genre is your thing, you will not want to miss this read. Grab it now, because LOCKED will be here before you know it, and, believe me, you want to be ready. Get it, read it, love it.

**I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.**

Aced was everything I wanted but didn't know I needed! I am loving this collaboration of Brooke and Ella they are doing amazing things. I couldn't put Aced down...I had to know what was going to happen.

Ace Locke is an action hero, a recently out action hero. Everyone is trying to get that first shot of him with a man. He's followed daily, he doesn't really have privacy. Everyone wants to know what's happening in Ace's life and Ace is wondering why he's so drawn to the Calvin Klein model on the billboard?

How Dylan Prescott was casted in a film, he has no idea. His agent must be preforming miracles. When he steps onto the sound stage he's in awe of where he is. He's favorite actor of all time is Ace Locke and just knowing he may see him makes doing this movie worth it.

Coming face to face with the man you have lusted over for years is scary. Finding out he's lusting after you is mind blowing. Will one night ever be enough? Can Ace and Dylan keep their relationship out of the papers? Or will the hiding and dodging paparazzi be to much to handle?

The interactions between Dylan and Ace in the beginning were some of my favorite. The sarcasm level was high, the attraction was explosive and the lust was non-forgiving.

My only complaint is that more than a few times it took me a paragraph or two to figure out who was speaking. There really isn't a clear difference in the character voices and a certain times it became muddled.

I am DYING to find out what's next!!!

Hotness!

Oh my hotness with Ace and Dylan. It was a bit comical that the book opens with Ace staring at Dylan on a billboard and then 20 minutes later they are staring at each other at a round table reading. This book was hot and steamy with a lot of heart and feelings.

I can't put into words how much I loved Aced. Ella and Brooke did an amazing job with these characters as we meet Dylan from Devil's Kiss (by Ella Frank) and Ace from Hooker (by Brooke Blaine). I fell in love with them from the beginning and didn't want the story to end. Their chemistry was off the charts and we saw sides of them where they let their guard down showing just how vulnerable they were. Ace has issues (as you will find out) and Dylan has a few insecurities, but damn if I didn't love the openness he had with his family. lol..This is an amazing story that I highly recommend and I am patiently waiting for the continuation of their story to see what these ladies have in store for us! <3

M/M is not one of my normal genres to read, but something about this book intrigued me and so I decided to give it a chance. I was so glad I did. There was so much more to this story. I loved it and was completely sucked in from page one. I actually need more! I cannot wait for the next book. I enjoyed everything about this book.

Erotic and sassy--full of fun and sexy innuendoes that had me snickering.

The guys? HOT!
The attraction? Undeniable.
The sex? Sizzling!
The cliffhanger? Epic!

I am dying for book 2. I HAVE to know what happens next.

The verdict? 5 huge glowing stars!

Reread/relisten June 2022:

I would say I enjoyed this reading/listening experience way more than the first time. I would say this is more of a 4 star read at the moment.

I almost forgot the ending of the book, so it was like reading it for the first time all over again haha.

i will say the writing was addictive and it held me captive from page one.

I am excited for book two!

3.5-4 stars

This book, I have mixed feelings but still really enjoyed it sooo it’s going to be a 4 star…

But that cliffhanger thank god this series is finished otherwise this review would be completely different lol
