4.8 i’ll be damned. It shows all the sides of different mental disorders. It shows the normality of those who’s minds are structured far different to not special. It’s not a cutesy omg fave couple- no it’s about the characters themselves and how they fit with each other. How they exist in time. If you’re gonna read this book you better read it with some imagination and thought. Put real thought in it bitch. Cause ur gonna enter a space like state where you’re in this void of time and hexagons and circular circles and bees-. This love story was about a normal relationship but at the same time not. It’s very beautiful. The writing is beautiful and they are beautiful.

Dziwne to było.

Faktycznie, to jest opowieść o miłości, ale nie jest to miłość "ładna". Można wręcz dyskutować, czy to w ogóle jest miłość.

Bohaterowie z problemami, sama relacja w sumie niezbyt zdrowa. Ale to co wciąga to to, że to faktycznie jest studium tej relacji od samego początku. Ciekawym zabiegiem było też trochę inne prowadzenie historii na każdym z kolejnym ich etapów: zaczynając od dodatkowych narratorów przed pierwszym spotkaniem, przez cześć z przeważającą liczbą dialogów aż po totalny brak dialogów.

Ciekawe, ale bardzo specyficzne.

Stupid good, I want to read 100000 more just like it. I sobbed as I read this in one day. Felt so very seen. Ugh. Will reread.

I have just finished this book and it was super philosophical and amazing and really beautifully written and I just can’t even sum it up, my words are not enough for this book at the minute. Maybe tomorrow I could think of some way to possibly get my feelings down in letters and words but right now having just finished it I just wanna say it was really interesting and I just- I don’t know. Okay wait let me think.

This is actually a book I might recommend to those who liked Gabrielle Zevin’s Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow in the sense that it’s really just about life and love and the other plot is important but the takeaway is that love is just agh i don’t know. It’s a book about love.

I didn’t expect to at all but at the end I just started crying. It was at the line “Maybe I do not have to do it alone”. It really hit me hard.

Idk this book is just worth the read and really really beautiful and honestly the more I think about this as I’m writing it the more I realise things and I can’t even word my feelings about this book but it was incredible. Wow
