Another page Turner by Dugoni

Robert Dugoni shows why he's the master of the gritty crime thriller. A terrific array of complex, fascinating, distinct characters, each the hero of their own stories, good and bad. A page-turner full of unexpected twists and turns that propels the reader to a tense and surprising finish.

While I did finish because there were a couple people who I thought were the "Cowboy". This plot line of men murdering prostitutes because their mother was in the business is very played out, I've read it one too many times.

I really like this series and the main character still is intriguing. Interesting plot with twists that l knew were coming, but I couldn’t figure them out correctly. Fun reads.

This is the second book I've listened to in the series and I enjoyed it even more than the first.

Another tension filled murder investigation in which Detective Crosswhite must deal with work politics in order to solve a string of murders at the hands of the Cowboy. Mr. Dugoni gives the reader twists and turns and murder scenes that you don't want to read by yourself at night.

Great read, love the characters, and the plot captivated me from page one.

I enjoyed this second book out the Tracy Crosswhite series and will continue reading the next ones. I like the writing style of these books as it keeps you engaged until the end. The author introduces multiple characters that can be the culprits and it keeps the reader guessing until the final chapters of the story. No big twists but still interesting to see it all unwrapped.

The first book had a lot more twists than the 2nd book, nevertheless it was still a great book! It’s pretty easy to identify the killer in this book. I am loving the Tracy Crosswhite series so far!

I continue to love this series. I was happy to get some closure on a few items from the first book.
