Seems like a reasonable diet and strength-training plan.

This book isn't extremely detail-oriented. And it sometimes throws in some information that is either unnecessary, for the purposes of the book, or just misplaced.

Typical for American-authored fitness/health books, the author(s) write with exaggerated and sometimes absolutist language (i.e. "this plan is the best and here's why," or "there's no better plan with as much science behind it as ours," - note: these are paraphrases not exact quotes). And for me, that's always a turn-off. But maybe I'm not the average American reader... Idk.

Still, it's a good book, and provides a helpful plan.
