Honest and helpful! I didn't know I needed this book until I started reading it; Dr. Jay offered some essential perspective for building a life post-college.

Well, I don't know how I feel about this one. Simply put, the doc suggests pulling up your boots, selecting a career and a mate and just diving in. Objectively, not a bad way to wind up successful and moderately happy I suppose.

Read this for book club!! I think this is the second self help book i’ve read in my whole life hahaha. It was nice to read something different for a change but self help books don’t give me the same excitement as my other genres. My review is kinda biased for that reason because I don’t gravitate towards this genre a lot. I felt the book started some interesting conversations for those in their 20s. For that reason it was a great book club book! I really enjoyed discussing this with other people. I liked the work section and felt called out on a lot that was mentioned.

Bueno pues yo quería leerme este libro por si me ayudaba un poco a relajarme y tomar conciencia y he acabado 1 poko deprimida y estresada pero la verdad es que es muy interesante.

Some interesting facts and stats. However, overall, I’m not very impressed by the book, maybe the reason being that I’m lucky to be surrounded by people who do NOT think their twenties are for messing around with their professional and / or love lives, and who take things a bit more seriously than the author’s clients.
