“I love this woman. The day she set my house on fire was the luckiest day of my life. It truly is the luck of the Irish: perverse. Inexplicable. And utterly fantastic.”

I’m kicking myself that it took me so long to start this series but I loved it!! When I first started reading, Callum and Aida were the most incompatible couple and I couldn’t see them working. But as situations forced them to work together and rely on each other, their true connection exploded and they became a power couple. They were both badasses and so inspirational. I only wish the book was longer!

This book was absolutely perfect! Perfect! Perfect! Chef's Kiss 🤌🏼 to top it off with pictures of the characters and scenes. This is the first book I have read of hers and I'm glad I got to read this book!

i just can't fully get into it.
The concept is kind of cool. Applying a historical romance framework in a modern story. The real draw is probably the intense hate sex. But it's not really dark or toxic enough for me atm and a little too instalust-y. Maybe i'll try again later.
