It was a nice book, a really easy read. I breezed through it because the writing style was so simple and light, and also because I just genuinely enjoyed it. It didn't change my life or make me have a super eye-opening revelation and that's okay! It was a lovely book and it made me happy to read, and what more could I have asked for, really?

another addition to gay people feeling like their significant others are missing parts of them/wanting to merge with them because just being with them is never close enough. real!!!!!
“but sometimes it’s like… if I could just, like, press up super close to you and just kind of merge and be this hybrid person I still don’t think I’d be as close as I wanna be.”
like you’re crazy & i love it!!!!!

Left me wondering whether it would feel like a curse or a blessing to be able to know when people will die, and I have yet to decide. Maybe that's the point of the book, to let you ponder away how different you would treat others if you knew their end was near.

Ugh this book had me in my feels!! I don’t even have the proper words to explain how I really feel about this book. I love Harper, I just wanted to hug that sweet baby angel! I love that she had Robbie so she wasn’t quite alone with her ability. I love that she did her best to give Chloe an incredible summer despite it breaking her heart.

I don't much like books that make me cry. Honestly I don't like it at all. I kind of resent it. But this book made me all out, face in my hands, sobbing on my bed, cry like a little baby and I absolutely loved it.

Siera Maley is quickly becoming a fave.
