maybe it's because i'm still new to reading korean web novels, but i love this book with every fiber of my existence. some people may remark about how it has its faults, and it honestly took me a while to warm up to the male-lead (even though he's, like, super handsome in the manwha), but eventually as i continued to read, everything... just fell into place. the interactions between the characters were genuine; the development between their relationships were well-paced, so, really, there was no instance wherein i felt that it was rushed. and i like that. actually, with how much i love this story right now (and i just started reading this a few hours ago), i'm probably going to be more in-depth with my review upon finishing it. (that is to say, it's overall a very good read. i'm so excited to continue reading the next volumes!)

rape/sexual assaulti love the idea of a re-write of the tale snow white, however, i think this one just falls a bit flat for me. i don't mind the border line of obsessed and fandom the step-mom has for her daughter, but at times it can be cringe.
i also wish there was a warning about what happened to the king.

he was raped by the previous queen when he was 15 and down with a fever.overall, i think this story is quite cute, but i just can't continue reading it. dnf'ed @ chapter 36
