I really enjoyed this one. Lots of great commentary on fandom culture, hits different after what happened to Kit Connor. My one point of criticism is that some of the "texting" parts and Twitter post sections felt weird in audio but the narration is so good throughout I'm willing to overlook it. Any fans of Heartstopper should read this.

A rather non-stereotypical YA novel with two struggling main characters and a big focus on the power of friendship. Heartwarming :)

I can't even begin to review this book, it was probably one of the best I ever read.
The genius writing accompanying the characters themselves make the perfect narrative, and the topic and evolution of the plot and said characters is majestic.
Will for sure read again.

Alice never disappoints!! I am continually enamored with her way of capturing characters’ complex humanity. Alice’s novels and novellas (that I’ve read so far) are poignant and emotional with themes of mental illness, friendship,  and rejecting the societal norms that force people into boxes. Radio Silence was no different.

I  was wholly mortified by Aled and Carys’ mother and at the edge of my seat, barely breathing, when Aled was making the decision at the train. And I was so stoked to see demi representation!!

All this to say: Alice Oseman is an artist and Radio Silence is a must read!
