How disappointing. This book was not at all what I was hoping for. I was expecting a book with short (five minute) daily exercises to start the day off on the right foot so to speak. This book only repeats a new age concept I've heard a million times. Unfortunately nothing new or inspiring in here.

Unless you're brand new to positive thinking and the art of manifestation, save your money because this book has nothing new to offer your practice.

Nice cover though. =)

A nice little daily mood boost.
The beginning was long. The summary would have sufficed.
I enjoyed reading through most of the part 2 section.

All positive

I was in a not very nice place in my mind, until I saw an ad on fb for Coffee self-talk by Kristen Helmstetter. As I read through the book, I felt the heaviness lift off my shoulders. I smiled throughout reading the book at the prospect of a happier, fuller life. Great advice throughout the book as Kristen describes her experiences and what helped her including music and self talk oh and of course coffee. I recommend the book to everyone.

A lovely little read, full of great affirmations , encouraging self care and self love. Practical and simple techniques, Such a handy book.

Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for a free copy for an honest opinion

Not a bad book. Just not new. If you've read one book about daily affirmations, you've read this one. I did like her passion, but the repetition got to me after a while.
