God I am frustrated! I don't know my feelings about these books. Throughout the time I am reading them, I feel they are stupid, hilarious, a child's books and the Greek Mythology makes me angry because I don't believe any of it, plus it's pretty... puzzled. Like, if any such thing like "Greek Mythology" existed, it would be the most chaotic thing ever! With all those Gods taking sides, producing kids, being immortal, and fighting among themselves and these Gods.. these Gods rule the world?
But when I still read the books and at the end, I am surprisingly satisfied. I want to have more of this stupid world and even though I don't really care about the characters I like all of them. Especially Percy! I am laughing throughout the book about how unbelievable this all is, but then I am at the end, all serioused-up and working my mind on what would happen in the next one.
This book is over. I don't find anything remarkable to say in the review, but even then I can't let myself rate this book low! I considered a 2 (I couldn't believe myself), 3 (pretty close to "meh.." books, which it wasn't!), then 3.5 (better than that!!) So now I have settled on 4 which seems accurate but I don't adore this like any of the my other 4 rated books!
Ah... You see I am all confused? Mixed feelings? Now tease me that I secretly care about any of it.. this world or the characters I am denying my love.
Rick Riordan is a good writer.
Here's my reluctant 4 stars.

By far the most emotional book of the series so far, it's truly an amazing journey, the mutual disdain between Thalia and Percy and the misunderstood and aloof Zoe, going on a long and difficult journey where they slowly understand each other and their own strengths and weaknesses better, Zoe acknowledging that Percy is different from those who hurt her, Thalia acknowledging her fear of heights, Percy learning his weakness, his loyalty towards others.
Bianca and her sacrifice truly marked a more mature tone for the series, where death of characters has mostly been dodged and weaved around, tackling the loss of both Bianca and Zoe in this book, emotionally draining both the characters and the reader themselves, in my opinion this book truly was a step up from the two previous, and rightfully matures as Percy continues to get older, approaching age sixteen.
I'm truly excited and pleased to continue this series, seeing gods being defeated by titans truly sets the tone for the next two books, knowing that gods aren't invincible and are capable of losing fights as seen between Artemis and Atlas, and the subtle romance between Annabeth and Percy continues to blossom into something which will most likely be explored more as Aphrodite prophecized in her limousine talk, while Ares cackled outside. All in all this book is truly excellent and the Percy Jackson series of books is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

OMG never get tired of this book, I love all three characters!! New and old. THE CHARACTER GROWTH!!! (Percy, Thalia, Zoe)
Probably my fav of the series
Love the writing and the chapter tittles
Warning: will make you cry
This is a must-read just read 1 and 2 before this and 4 and 5 after
No doubt that this books deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
Been rereading the series for the new PJO series, this is my third reading of the Titans Curse though.
First Read: Fall 2020
Second Read: Apr 2021
Third Read: Fall/Winter 2023
Favorite Character(s): Thalia Grace and Percy Jackson
Has great percabeth moments as we see Percy constantly thinking about Annabeth. We get to see Thalia in action. Zoe and Bianca’s deaths were handled great. The Thalia and Luke rivalry was awesome here. Luke was amazing here in my opinion. (Still hate him tho) This book has good villains too.
❤️ All the dam Percabeth moments like them holding the sky!!
