Read for Popsugar's 2015 Reading Challenge: a play.
There is something ineffably beautiful about this play about the power of language and the stories it makes possible.

Set in 1833 this book depicts the life of the people in the town of Ballybeg in County Donegal during the time of the English soldiers mapping out Ireland and anglicising the place names. Spoken in English but meant to be in Irish the play is about the hardships of life, love and how we connect through language even when we don't understand each other.
