This is now one of my favourite Elephant and Piggie books. I was laughing from near the start and didn't stop until I closed the book. Is Gerald dreaming? Maybe when a turnip headed Piggie appears, he just might be!

Gerald is tired and cranky, so he takes a nap and has a very strange dream.

Such a wonderful subject for little ones (and older ones). If you don't nap, you'll be cranky. Naps help! How do you know if you're napping? You might dream and Gerald was dreaming of Piggie and turnips. How silly! But most dreams are silly. A good addition to the Elephant and Piggie series.

Piggie's snoring almost did me in on this one. The last snore had me laughing so hard that Mini-Me thought it was the characters that were laughing.

Another nearly perfect book from Mo Willems. But maybe that's the sleep deprivation talking...
