3.5 stars. As with most short story collections, I liked some stories much more than others. As a whole, it was a collection of quintessentially Christie mysteries. Festive in its own way and perfect for reading around a fire.

There are stories in this collection which are a re-read for me. It was Agatha Christie, so what do you want me to say more ?

A fun collection of wintery tales! I loved "Three Blind Mice" especially.

Like any short story collection, some are hits, some are misses. I really enjoyed Three Blind Mice, The Clergyman's Daughter/Red House, The Plymouth Express, and Sanctuary. But the others I liked less so, and I didn't like either of the 2 Mr. Quin stories at all.
