I have had this book for years, and finally decided it was time to become educated on all of the superstitions.
This book is a collection of superstitions. It explains what the superstitions are and highlights where they originated from.
I really enjoyed this book. It is formatted in a really easy to read and digest manner. Each superstition gets about one page, and is presented in a highly informative, but terse way.
Some superstitions are still very prevalent today, while some have died out over time, but those older ones were my favorite. I think it rather fascinating to explore what people feared hundreds of years ago, and the conclusions that they drew in their attempt to explain things around them.
