Every plot point in this book felt like it was coming from nowhere. Poor character development, if any. Main characters were okay, but their relationship felt sudden and out of place. Spice hinted at some naughty fun, but didn’t deliver. Sam is much kinkier in his head/words then in practice.

Not a lot of redeeming qualities, I wouldn’t recommend.

The "alpha" in this book feels more toxic than sexy. Book was entretaining enough.

Well that was a fast read. Fast paced story too, but who doesn't want that. Love how the story unveiled without the unnecessary details of a long novel. I know this is book1 and i hope i can read the next ones immediately. Wondering if this book is connected with the author's other books one way to find out ;)

I finished this because mama didn't raise no quitter. I probably should have DNF'd this.

Really wasn't a bad story at all and was pretty well written but unfortunately just didn't keep my interest. I skimmed through most of this.
