**My thanks to Netgalley and Montlake Romance for providing me with a free copy for an honest review**

This is a sweet book of two previously devastated people who came together for a night after their spouses were killed in a car crash when they were having an affair. Many years later and Callie is looking for a job and Sam finds he needs someone to do the job quickly.

Old feelings are brought back up, some they would prefer lay buried, but there is an attraction there that fights to the surface and brings a light to each others lives.

Both have stuffy mothers that can cause problems, but they also both have friends that help them. Callie is also very good at fitting in an making friends in her new home.

Another quick, cute read

Calliope Henderson was desperately looking for another job. When the perfect job appeared, she decided to take a gamble on the fact that the potential employer was someone with whom she was very well acquainted with. She was hoping he would've forgotten that one night and give her a job because well, she was very desperate.
Sam, the enigma of Anchor Island couldn't believe his eyes when he saw who his next hotel designer would be. She was by far the best candidate he had and he couldn't let a silly thing like their history get in the way... especially since they had such a tight deadline.
I enjoyed this series. I believe it captures well what occurs in a small community and how one thing affects the other. The characters are all unique in their own way and quite funny at times.

A light. Airy read. Definitely recommend.

This was a new to me author and even though I jumped in to the Anchor Island series with book number 4 I felt that Ms. Osburn did a great job of introducing the secondary characters and Anchor Island to the reader. Callie is trying to break out on her own and knows that the chance at this hotel renovation will put her on the map. Her biggest obstacle is her new boss, Sam. They shared a night of passion years ago in an attempt to forget a painful shared tragedy but now that they are thrown together again they're finding that their shared passion is hard to forget. A great fun, sexy, contemporary read with hilarious secondary characters. Fun read!

Another great story from Anchor Island team... second chance romance with a side of renovation and local community politics. Again, strongly recommend reading the previous books in the series first, though this is less about the others on the Island than #2 or #3.
More than the others in the series, the epitome of local, small town politics and nosy involvement and necessity of neighbors. Great story, lots of depth and things going on beyond the primary romance story.

I love this series.

The characters are all unique and funny. I really have a good giggle reading this and I firmly wish I could live on this island.

I loved the story about the two 'outsiders' and how they had come to know each other previously, it was really quite bittersweet but I'm so happy they found their happy ending.

Callie is a specialist in renovating hotels. It's her job to take a fading beauty and breath new life into it. But until now she has always had to play second fiddle, done the work and then sat back to watch someone else take the credit. When a job comes up on Anchor Island it seems like the perfect fit. A hotel that will lift her to the next level in the industry. The only thing standing in her way is her past history with the owner.

When Callie walks into his office, Sam immediately knows hiring her to manage the renovations of his hotel is a bad idea. But seeing her desperation, he gives her the job and resigns himself to avoiding her for the duration. Unfortunately for Sam, Callie is not someone to be ignored.

Every now and then an author comes along who revitalises a genre. They manage to bring back the excitement and give you a glimpse of where the genre is heading. Terri Osburn is one of those authors. In the past few years she has owned Contemporary Romance in my humble opinion.

More to Give is a proper CR, it follows all the rules of the genre, and it still manages to be refreshing and current. It's one of my favorite books of the year from one of the few authors that leave me so happy I could jump.

Many thanks to Montlake Romance and Netgalley for providing me with this ARC

3.5 light and fluffy stars. This was a nice light read. Sam owns a hotel that Callie wants to be hired to renovate. They haven't seen each other in 6 years after suffering a similar heartache. I enjoyed Callie, but Cecil was my favorite character in this book!
