Bravo!

Such a small book with such a succinct impact.

I’m speechless. This book had my heart on a wire the whole trip through.  Who hasn’t ever felt any of the insecurities the two main characters had.

Absolutely diabolical behavior from TJR. Carrie, after finding letters written by her husband's mistress, writes to the mistresses husband about the affair. David, the mistresses husband, writes back to Carrie and develops a friendship through letters. This is the story of two people grieving their marriages with the only other person who would understand. Spending months connecting via letters, phone calls, and hotel meetups, Carrie and David begin to realize things about their respective marriages and themselves. I adored this book. This may have been short but it was emotionally devastating. I wish it was a full length novel.
