Can't talk - marathonning this series

This series has derailed my life. I can't think about anything but Riley, Gideon, Jai and Noel. I think about it when I wake up, I'm loathe to put it down so I can sleep at night. It is everything.

Absolutely brilliant!

This is my favourite book of the series so far.
It was heartbreaking and wholesome, brutal and adorable.

I really enjoyed seeing Riley’s growth, and the healing that he and his angels under go.

I particularly enjoyed how well written particular scenes towards the end were written, when Riley is questioning reality. The way previous conversations/sentences were brought- had me right there with Riley- questioning what was real, and of his perceived experience was truth! Fantastic!

Also the epilogue was everything!

I will 10000% be continuing with this series

I breezed through this just like the others, but it frustrated me a little. Riley is continually growing and maturing, but the angels (apart from Gideon) seem to be regressing. They're petty, jealous, and emotionally volatile, and Riley is put in a really unfair position of dancing between them while trying not to upset anyone. Also hoping the next book will pick up on the larger story a bit more.

 Things are heating up, wow!!

A lot of drama, but it helps the plot. Also, I really enjoy that the two are not fine with sharing Riley, shows how tough sharing one's love is!

There was a lot of humour, and I really like Uriel, he is such a contrast as in private/ public personality!

I also enjoy Riley's Alter personality! Keeps Riley interesting and you really never know how he will react to certain things!

》“Fucking Hades.” Jai shuddered, feigning a gag. “There’s no way in this life or any other that I’m getting anywhere near Gideon’s ass!”
“Well, now you’re just trying to hurt my feelings,”《
