really enjoyed this! rie aruga writes about disability with a lot of sensitivity -- it definitely feels like she did her homework and put real thought into how itsuki and tsugumi feel. it's also just really nice to read about grown adults, i hope more quality josei like this continues to be licensed

This was a a really sweet contemporary manga. A second chance romance of sorts - a girl gets reunited with her high school crush years later through work but there's twist - her crush is now in a wheelchair following a horrible accident. It's a book about reconnection, self-awareness and overcoming your inner prejudices. The MC is constantly struggling with her feelings and also if she can handle being in a relationship with someone who has a spinal cord injury. It's not a story I've seen in manga before and I look forward to reading more of this series to see where it goes.

wow this has been a really emotional journey. the theme of the manga is really serious and heavy. i think this is the first time i read a manga with disabled MC. it puts a lot perspectives and while reading i feel like learning more about people with spinal cord injuries.

i hope the ML will truly loves FL and not just because she’s the only one who’ll take care of him for the rest of his life and i hope he’ll stay alive until the end because i see this manga has 12 volumes💀
