The Aunties came through in this book in their true Tita way. We got lots of personality and laugh out moments in this one. Although the plot was outlandish I still enjoyed the story. I do recommend the audiobook for this series as the humour along with the dialect has a big impact on the story. I didn't enjoy this as much as the first book but definitely think it's worth the read!

My rating: ⭐⭐⭐

Quick Overview:
When Meddy's wedding vendors turn out to be a part of the mafia who are planning to kill someone at her wedding, it's upto Meddy and her aunties to save her big day.

Thoughts:
This one was such a huge let-down. The first book made no sense whatsoever but at least it was
entertaining. This one, on the other hand was illogical and boring. Most problems could be solved with common sense. Also, the protagonist's character development is so downhill because here, she is embarrassed of her family all the damn time while they're helping her get away with literal crimes. The use of the 'lampshade' technique has not even tried to be disguised.

will still read the third book because I'm me 🤭
