Also die erste beiden Bänder hatte ich irgendwie besser in Erinnerung. Sind aber auch schon eine Weile her.
Diesen fand ich teilweise sehr anstrengend und dabei ist es mehr ein Buch für Kinder. Obwohl es hier teils Sachen bei waren die mich sehr irritiert haben.
Manchmal hat mich die Umgangssprache gestört oder wie mit gewissen Situationen umgegangen ist. Ich weiss ja das mit manchen Sachen die Spannung rein gebracht wurde, aber mich konnte es nicht überzeugen.

At the start I wasn't enjoying this as much as the previous books but near the end it got extremely exciting and I have already started book 4.

I love this series of books. Maz has a fabulous way of engaging readers of all ages. I describe her writing in this series as the Toy Story or Shrek of books, stories children and adults can read but will enjoy on different levels.
In this episode Elliot's life is spiralling out of control - again! More trouble at school, his dad returns from prison and his mum's health is worsening.
