this just was not my type of book but i figured because i’d already started and it was so short i may as well just finish it
i don’t know what Vivancos’ obsession with big beefy Russians is but i feel like this keeps coming up and i just am not personally on board with this particular train
Sasha as a character spoke broken English most times at best, which made to hard to connect with him at all but also made communication much harder because of the language barrier
this made the two MMCs often not communicate well which is something that always bothers me a lot, because it’s the blueprints for an unhealthy relationship
even the steamy scenes felt kind of awkward and out-of-place, but maybe it’s just me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
so maybe this was someone’s cup of tea, but i simply couldn’t get myself on board with it personally

The Russian accent/phonetic thing was very cringe to me. These two never truly spoke about anything. Thankfully it was a quick read but overall it felt very mediocre. I will commend this author for writing about a kink I have absolutely neer heard of before but I didn't really enjoy this relationship building. They were just hanging out lol.
