Guilty pleasure reread 😬.

You know how there may be a book that is not the best written or best executed book and even the plot may not be fully there just yet, but somehow you will give it 5 stars and defend it for life? Yeah, this is that book for me.

The writing is pretty simple, nothing special, and it definitely falls under the "insta-love" category, considering the fact that this book takes place in like max time span of a month (and that's being gracious). The story moves super fast where you're literally like hold on these two LITERALLY just met. HOWEVER, it's a soulmate trope and I eat it up every time.

I first read this book in 2012, when the sequels were coming out and I fell in love. I've reread this book so many times since then and it's crazy. Maggie and Caleb were just what my little 12 year old heart needed and I reread it for the nostalgia. I will defend this series for life. 😭🤞🏼

This book was amazing. I loved it. I honestly started this book and did not want to miss a page of this lovely romance. It was strange, quirky, and just plain lovable.
Maggie ♥ This chick has been through it all in the past year. Just when she really felt her life was over she meets Caleb and saves his life.
Caleb ♥ A hot college guy who is an "Ace" and is the first to imprint in a long long time. He is the start of a generation. I loved him he was so kind and understanding and all guys should take lessons from him.
The only thing I have never liked is a girl being linked to a guy in order to live. BUT, the author for once changed it up and proved that Caleb had to do the same. I honestly would recommend this to anyone who wants a really sweet, but on your feet kind of romance. The things this seventeen year old goes through will have you turning the pages just to see what happens next.

If I could give this 6 stars I would. I totally would.
This book was so good I had to read it 3 times and I have read it whenever I could.
So maggie just finished high school, her year sucked real bad; her mother left the family to go man crazy in Cali, her long time boyfriend dumped her a few days later for football and her father has turned into a depressed asshole who's bitter and spiteful. She has a slim chance of getting into a descent college since she bombed school the whole year. Everything sucks...
Until she meets Caleb, the worlds most amazingly perfect boyfriend ever. He's sweet, he's cute, he’s rich, perfect and everything in between.Maggie is just adorable and I love her (unlike many female protagonists in this genre.)
What I loved about this is how healthy and steady Caleb and Maggie's relationship is. Unlike in most books where the two lovers find useless reasons to break up and the main guy finds another inane reason to leave the girl for her 'protection', this was pure bliss. This is a prime example of how paranormal romances should aspire to be. I just really love this book, series whatever. This is a must read.

4.5 stars!

I didn't expect to like Significance. I know that everyone was going on and on about how amazing this book was but I didn't think I would like it. Thankfully I finally gave it a chance and ended up loving this book.

“I wanted someone to want me in all ways and someone who I wanted the same in return, And I'd found him.”

Maggie is just trying to get on with her life after graduation. Her mother left, her dad's miserable and her boyfriend dumped her in the beginning of their senior year. On the day of her graduation her life takes a turn for the better, or at least that's what it seems like. I really liked how strong Maggie was. She

“It's rooted in my blood to consume you and be consumed by you. To protect you. To please you, in every way. To make you shiver when I touch you. To cause your heart to beat faster.”

Caleb is wonderful. He's reminds me of the best friend in those books that the protagonist usually never picks. He's sweet, but they always choose the dark, brooding guy. Well I was happy to see a sweet good guy get the girl for once. And even though he's really sweet and always putting Maggie's needs before his own, Caleb still had his moments of hormonal teenager. I can't find one wrong thing about Caleb and while that may sound perfect, it does bother me a little. I like my characters to have flaws, I'm not talking big flaws but at least something so I feel like I can relate with the character. I loved Caleb but I just wish there was something that could make him a little more...human in my eyes. It's not a major thing and I hardly thought of it but it's just something I felt like I needed to express in this review.

“Because you are my significant, my soul mate. And I'm yours.”

I'll be the first to admit I didn't really think the soul mate thing would work out in the book. But surprisingly this whole soul-mate/Aces thing is really well detailed and thought out.

Omg. So I don't normally leave 2 star reviews but.. holy hell. I've read a TON of paranormal romances and fantasy books and romance books. It this one was probably one of the worst I've read if not the worst. First of all, they fall in love practically seconds after touching each other. Ridiculous. Not to mention that Caleb is annoying and there is absolutely no actual chemistry between the two. I'm very frustrated with this book and how it has such a good rating. I gave it a chance but at 70% I DNF this one.

Wow. If you like love at first sight, all consuming, soulmate love stories this book is for you.

I really enjoyed it and since it was an easy read I finished it rather quickly. I do wish that I knew a little more about the supernatural aspects of the story, but I'm guessing I'll learn more about them as the series progresses.

Fun, great, easy read, 4 stars.

This book had a chokehold on me as an early teen but now it just seems like weird religious and purity culture propoganda
