Too many detailed case studies felt a little boring. Other than that it was a good read. Kind of helped me to save some time in a day to do something that I actually should be doing.

Inspirational and well written. Makes great points and does them in an engaging way. Doesn't rely as much on scientific studies as I'd like but had another "meat" not to feel like woo.

A treatise on using technology more than it uses you. It was very convicting. Not sure if/how this will change my own digital habits. Interested in getting a physical copy to mark up.
