Holy Fucking Shit!! This book was Phenomenal! I'm Reeling at the Cliffhanger! I loved it! It was hard, rough, exciting, frightening and deliciously sexy! It's an action packed ride that's so gripping you can't keep yourself from turning the pages. Trigger is a hard man who has lived a hard life, he cares about one thing, his Club. When Trigger meets Tess something flips inside him. Tess is a girl running away from something, she has her own demons but little does she know Trigger is the Devil. These two were so compelling together. I couldn't get enough! Everything was raw emotions and gripping fear, I'm also quite sure I need my own alone time with Pace. Holy Hell, I just want more!! This book is not for the faint of heart and its not sweet. It's Gritty, filled with gore and will call to your dark side! Don't pass up this series! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

“We don’t share, remember, Trigger? Stories lead to feelings, and feelings lead to pain. No one wants pain.”

Trigger and Tess.
Oh my god. I found a new to me author I need to read all their backlist now.
I was this book in run sitting and then jumped on Amazon to purchase the next book.

Trigger is Prez of his MC of Devils Reach in Santa Monica, CA. He’s past life and how he was forced to grow up, as a killing machine, has him keeping everyone in check with an iron fist. He doesn’t do love. He doesn’t do relationships.

Tess is running from someone. Her life. We’re not sure about her in this book but it sounds like an ex that has power and a hold on her but she’s got a best friend named Brick, Triggers second in command, who would do anything to help out Tess and he does by giving her a job the MCs bar as a bartender.

Tess and Trigger definitely are into each-other immediately and have a “acquaintance with benefits” type relationship.

This book is heavy in the MC world and will keep you reading till the end. It’s dark. Bloody. And full of drama and enemies.

3.5 Stars-Gritty, Violent, Sexy and Dirty. Just like I like it. Found myself a new guilty pleasure and his name is Trigger.

I do wish the author would use other descriptive words- than erection. I didn't know you could say that word over and over and over. Good lord lady- there are much more fun, sometimes dirtier words that can be used to describe and erection.

Cliffhanger.

I hate that this ended in a cliffhanger. I borrowed it in KU not knowing but read anyways and then couldn’t put it down. Not a pretty story but I loved it. Can’t wait to read more.

A few friends recommended this book to me so I decided to give it a shot.

I have to say, WOW!!! I just couldn't put this book down at all. This is darker than what I have been reading but I loved the story.

If you are into darker MC books then I think you will love this book as much as I did.
