Quite enjoyable despite the long-ass boring mansplains about the so-called philosophical canons. I'm kidding! That's informative, my first superficial introduction to philosophy :)

an actual literal novel about philosophy. a wonderful and peculiar story drenched in philosophy. the relationship between sophie and alberto is fascinating. in this book we are treated to the deepest most thought provoking conversations i have ever come across. its a journey through the history of philosophy so it makes sense. yet, despite this, this is not an academic book. the story is fun and perplexing at times. the amount of philosophical themes in this book are too many to count. a wonderful book that hooks you in from the start.

Life happened, and it took me longer than expected to read this book, but it turned out to be a good thing. I had enough time to think about the topics.

It's one of my favorite books I have read thus far and one that I will definitely come back to in the near future. I learned so much from Jostein, Sophie, Hilde, Alberto and Albert.

From other reviews, I gathered that people didn't like the story part of the book and only enjoyed the philosophy course, but I think the story is quite nice. It flowed well and was a good break between all the heavy topics.

V nice, gg Jostein.
