4.5 stars! I’m obsessed with this author’s writing style. The slow burn romance is everything. I love that there aren’t characters in her writing that interfere with the mc’s relationship and cause miscommunication. It’s just two people falling in love with each-other. It’s very refreshing.

I like how it shows that anyone can make their dreams come true and also have a family at the same time

I want to live in Zapata's brain. And then in Aiden Grave's house.

I ended up loving this slow-burn romance, and now, I need more of them.
But... the first 200 pages could have been cut down, especially the long, repetitive monologues.
Beside that. I loved the characters, and the love story was fantastic and so well-developed. The writing was well-done and kept my interest throughout the book.
By the way, I love a grumpy, big man who seems emotionally unavailable but has a big, tender heart. That mixed with an intelligent, sunshine, and strong woman. It's the perfect combo. In the end, I wanted to keep reading their story forever.
I have already started reading another book by the author. The plots are so unique and exciting. I loved it.
