What did we learn? That Alice and the Intention of the Abyss are basically the same. They’re twins who were born in a different dimension, that’s why Alice’s memories are all over the place and the Chains look like her stuffed animals. But, who knows whatever this means…

In the following chapters we see young Vincent talking to Break and then him being threatened by Gilbert, who won’t forgive him if he dares to hurt Oz. At the same time, Echo and Oz casually meet in a festival and they spend the day together.

Overall, I think this has been one of the weakest volumes so far but it still entertaining enough to keep going with the series. Perhaps it’s just the calm before the storm.

This volume contains Retrace 31 – 33.

The whole revamping of Alice in Wonderland into a dark and twisted manga following a Boy named Oz and an chain named Alice (B Rabbit) definitely caught my eye when searching for a new manga to read. The art work is astounding and I fell in love from page one. Not just that, but the chilling mystery behind Oz and what he is truly guilty of does peck at my skin, the anticipation of knowing the secret haunts me every time I read :) A truly original and magnificent manga.

This has to be one my favorite volumes so far. The Cheshire Cat! We finally get to see Cheshire make his appearance. I've been waiting for that since the start of this manga. Not only that, but Break has become my favorite character, tied with Gilbert. Can't wait for the next volume.
