Decent but fat phobic and about weight loss more than enjoyment or spirituality so wasn’t the path for me.  Very westernized mindfulness which negates the necessity of it for the well-being of not only ourselves but also others.

I like this idea of using mindfulness to nourish my relationship with food. Using my senses to feel and understand if having that tempting chocolate or fried snack will make me feel better in the long run or make me feel worse.

The beginning chapters were interesting. But the actual action items later in the book seemed beyond pointless. Do not recommend.
