Let me first say I was really looking forward to this book. The summary got me hooked and I thought there was so much potential for this book. As I read it though, I started really disliking the main character. And I mean really disliking her. To me it seemed she spent half of the book crying or complaining about drama she was causing. Some of the events seemed very rushed while others seemed very dragged on. MYself personally can't handle books where the main female character cries all the time. I find it annoying and there isn't quite much of a plot outside of that. I really like the love interest but about 40% of the way into the book I started getting very annoyed with the storyline and how it fell apart. If that is your thing, then perhaps you will like this book but for me it was not my thing.

This book emotionally devastated me and then told me to thank it for the privilege. If you want a book that really honestly and truthfully explores mental health, toxicity in relationships, friendship, healthy dynamics, and self improvement all the while telling a compelling and heart wrenching love story this is the book for you.

Gabe and Ari

This book kept me riveted and was truly one i couldn’t put down. Their love was intense but her fears were even more intense. I felt like I fought their battles with them. Their love was pure and real but Ari’s fears almost destroyed them. Finally they have their HEA and I can breathe again. A must read book and series.

2 stars. mmm ariana pretty much sucks as a friend… she will Never be a friend of mine!

this book was also so funny in the sense that a lot of it was so dramatic and i’m no professional in the entertainment industry but this book was acting like it took place in the early 2000’s like girl this was written in 2020 like so many celebs are able to live a private life and keep their partners private i promise u that. it was truly all so dramatic and sorta silly

the writing was easy but it was so specific to details i truly did not care about. i’m interested to see what gabriel’s pov is about because i think this book wouldve been infinitely better with a dual pov and better editing. gabriel really was more lovable than ariana was and the book needed a lovable main lead.

was definitely a book i could read and kind of zone out to while being indifferent about. also i think it’s interesting that the author is australian (i think) writing about characters in the US. there was some bits that felt british-y to me and it totally threw me off a little.

This is gonna be brutal...

This is the author's debut novel and you can tell. I finished this book because I always finish books hoping that they will get better. Unfortunately this one did not. Ariana was so whiney. Always complaining about Gabriel being famous and how it would affect her. If she knew that, she should have never gone if the first date with him. The majority if her going "woah us me, my BF is famous" blah blah blah. Poor character development. I felt like a goad of the first half if the book was written years before the 2nd half when the author was much younger because the style changed. It was a very weird book that sadly, I ended up speed reading to get it over with quickly. There are many more books in the Rockstar troup that are much better than this one.

Ariana isn't a fan of celebrities, attending a charity event with her aunt and she meets rock star, Gabriel Knight this sets in motion a rollercoaster ride that is out of her control.

I enjoyed reading this book. The story is an appealing well-written romance.

The language is simple, and the story is engaging.

A debut novel with a lot of potential for a follow-up story.

This story revolves around love, friendship, heartbreak, forgiveness and understanding.

The Album over all is an enjoyable read. The main female protagonist took awhile to warm up to and was quite hard to connect to at first. But you get more insight to her character as the book goes on.
If you love romances where people fall in love with relationships then this a book you will like.
