the art was okay but the story was really lacking, feels unfinished.

The art for this graphic novel was STUNNING, I cannot voice that enough. The characters are intriguing to look at and the full color is a wonderful, elegant touch.
The novel features an interesting story that builds wonderfully, it's interesting and compelling. A very quick read, good for something relaxing after a heavier read (or during a heavy read).
The story is truly YA, people at odds getting slowly closer over time as they work on a project together. I liked Indira's backstory and Fawn was really interesting. There are some parts of the story that never get answered, and some of the narrative is super disorienting, I did read this in ebook form as I checked it out from my local library, that might be part of the reason the pacing felt off.
Either way this read was solid, very good and I would recommend it.

It felt like the book was too short and I couldn't get much depth. The characters were really cute I just started getting to really like them by 2/3 of the book and then it ended.

The art is gorgeous, and I enjoyed the story. It just went by very quickly, and I wanted a little more.
