I really can't figure out how I feel about this. I'm not a fan of Fisher's other works but I'm intrigued enough to carry on to read part two. Quite fond of the balance between mystery and romance.

SpoilerI’m all for magic being the answer but there was so much build up and the whole part with Charlie’s dad was a much more interesting story. It should’ve been something with voodoo and the fortune teller who had a love child with Brett and the shrimp cast a spell on them or something. When Charlie was held in that room that seemed like a psych hospital was the creepy Taryn Fischer vibes I was hoping for the whole time but it was all basically pointless when they just fell back in love. Interesting idea for a book, poorly executed at the end.

I wanted to like this book *a tiny bit* more.  I love Colleen Hoover’s character development but I felt like it fell a tad short in this book since so much was focused on the plot.  I enjoyed the characters overall though.  The storyline was interesting, kind of like 50 First Dates
meets whatever that movie is where the chick has amnesia and her love interest makes her fall in love with him again.
Cute, easy and fast.  If you’re a fan of Hoover, give it a read!

ESE PLOT TWIST DEL FINAL, WHAT?
No le doy las 5 estrellas porque Charlie me tenía harta: I want to be with him, but it's not a good idea ugh.

This is my first book I have read by both authors. Oh my I wasn't really prepared to love this book that much. I knew I would enjoy it. But wow.
This book starts off like a Twilight Zone episode so I knew I would love and enjoy it. Both Silas and Charlie seem to wake up in class from a fog and not know anyone or themselves. So they both try learning more about the why and who they are.
I don't want to give anymore of this book away with details since it is a short book. All I can say is I need the next two parts asap.

Actually 3.75 ⭐
I love the concept and I love CoHo deeply, she's my queen but I need more.
It was a fast read and I am intrigued I want to know what the heck is going on before deciding how much I love this story.
And why isn't this just one bigger book is beyond me but I'll take it.
I WANT TO KNOW MORE.

Very interesting concept and I loved the way the minds of the two main characters worked. Love the way things wrapped up, made me smile.
