I really enjoyed this book! I highly recommend listening to the audiobook. Joe Arden and Lucy Rivers did a great job! This book was steamy, sexy and filled with angst and secrets. The spice was hot. I loved the chemistry between Cash and Grace. With that ending, I had to immediately download the 2nd book!

My heart feels so empty after reading this duet now. I have a
Massive book hangover and as someone who normally despises the miscommunication trope I absolutely loved Cash and Grace’s story!

As I mentioned, miscommunication is a big feature of this book but at the same time it made sense? Sure I wanted to reach through my kindle and shake them both more than once but it also felt raw and real. How often are we as humans 100% honest? The information being withheld wasn’t done so out of nefarious purposes but rather misguided intentions.

The chemistry alone between Cash and Grace was drool worthy. I’d say the spice was 4/5

Just a heads up, if you dislike the miscommunication trope...then don't read this.

This is an easy read and I quickly became invested. Do i think they both need to grow up and actually have an adult conversation? YES

Am I going to download the next book in the series immediately? Also, YES!

Spice Level: 3
Tension Level: 1

This is a story that I didn't want to finish because the longer I read it the longer I found myself being angry with it. It had such a great premise and a great story line which then ended with the author going completely backwards and honestly now I'm a little sad that I ended up starting the book in the first place because it put me off reading that style of books for a while.

Holy cow! This book was amazing I loved it! It had the right amount of spice, fluffiness and angst! The ending though… I didn’t expect it seeing as how I went into this blind. Now I am off to read book 2! 💕

My real life is bad enough. I don’t need a book that ends with a fucked sad cliffhanger.

This is a good steamy age gap billionaire romance book with a great plot. I am a little turned off with series right now but it's apparently a duet/duology and I feel compelled to read book 2 now.
