Kom mér mikið á óvart! Á tímabili var bókin fimma fyrir mér en svo varð hún rosalega arty undir lokinn og ég veit ekki hvort að ég hafi aaaalveg fattað endinn.
En bókin er marglaga og það er svo gaman að fatta tengingar og sjá hvað höfundurinn er að leika sér með! Maður getur séð í gegnum frásögnina hvað höfundur er að skemmta sér vel.

There was a lot that almost worked here. Certainly a bleak and thought-provoking look at where we are with climate and capitalism- I just wish I cared about any of the characters. Weirdly enough, I only cared about the starlet and young Hollywood folks. But the main character and his family didn’t feel fleshed out, and I just didn’t care what happened to them.
