It was ok. I wish the ending was better your grow to love the character just to be done. So much plots going on that it was rushed in the  end

That wrapped up the story so nicely! I would have loved an epiloge of a relaxing time after all that bloodshed, but we are getting 4 more books so perhaps my wants will be fulfilled with them.

The character growth was incredible - a natural progression without feeling too convenient.

I will 100% be re-reading these books.

I've never read anything like this in my life. EVERY assumption I had about how things would unfold was wrong, and the reality was more amazing than anything I could have ever imagined. This trilogy was masterful, and I can't recommend it enough. Nicola Tyche. Wow.

Best of the series

Definitely the best book of the series. All the story lines were wrapped up. The story was engaging and entertaining.

Woo! What a ride. Even though I was able to guess the “twists” in this book, that didn’t take away from the emotion when things happened! The end had me crying. This series was an amazing find.

I agree with the other ratings in that this book started off slower due to Norah's grieving period. However, it was a necessary device to establish the INSANE stress the last 30% of the book gave me.

I read this book in less than a day because it was so incredibly riveting. No one is safe.

But also it's completely not what you will expect at all. I cannot recommend this series enough.

Easily one of my top series of 2023.
