This was better than the other one, and I enjoyed the prose at the end, despite it not really reading as poetic to me. Still, some of these poems felt so out of place and others felt so edgy that I couldn't bring myself to like it :(

This is not good. If the poet is under 10 years old then maybe there’s some merit. This feels more like a social media influencer scored a publishing deal to sell books no one would finish.
I need to stop buying books for the title and cover design.

Two stars for my friends who read this to me in a British accent.

These poems addressed some important topics, but there was no form or anything. They were just kind of short sentences organized in stanzas to look like a poem. Meh. Not sad I read it. Just wouldn’t read them again

this was the worst thing i have ever read in my life. i love poetry, i own so many poetry books and adore the art but this is absolute trash. being lit on fire and not being able to see where the creek was located was less painful than reading this. it has a poetic title and cover but within this book is that one journal you wrote at 12 that you pray never sees the day of light. i would like her to apologize repeatedly to every tree she wasted with this.

If only I could give this to my younger self.

One of my favorite customers recommended this book to me. I have no idea who Gabbie Hanna is, but I really enjoyed her poetry book. I am excited to read her other book. It was beautiful and heartbreaking all at the same time.

"I’ll always help people who don’t deserve it, care for people who won’t return it, and fight for people who easily forget it. I swim oceans for people who won’t cross a teardrop for me, and if I drown, so be it."

"FORGIVENESS i don’t know if you wonder and i’m sure you don’t care, but i thought you should know i don’t hate you anymore"

These are some quotes that I can relate to. I feel them because it's what I've been through and I love them.
